§ Mr. MullinThe Government are publishing its Rural White Paper today. This sets out our strategy for increasing the provision of affordable housing in rural areas. This strategy includes a significant increase in resources for the provision of affordable housing and more effective use of authorities' powers to deliver affordable housing through the planning system.
