§ The Minister of State, Department for Education and Employment (Baroness Blackstone)The Secretary of State has today sent his remit letter to Bryan Sanderson, the Chairman of the Learning and Skills Council, setting out the Government's strategic; vision and the key priorities for the first three years of the Council's operation.
