§ Mr. RookerAs at 3 November 2000, the Benefit Fraud Inspectorate had completed inspections on 73 local authorities and was in the process of inspecting a further 30 authorities. Directions under section 139D of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 have been given to one local authority, Northampton Borough Council, in August 2000.
