What fees they expect in respect of the recent auction of mobile telephone licences; what were the amounts; and who were the recipients. [HL2355]

The Government expect licence fees totalling £22,477,400,000 from the recent auction of Wireless Telegraphy Act licences for third generation mobile communications. The recipient and licence fee for each licence are as follows.
