§ Mr. VazThere are around 40 Kosovo Serbs on hunger strike in Mitrovica. We understand that they are being held in UNMIK detention facilities guarded by KFOR troops. Four of the 40 have been hospitalised. In three of the four cases, this was principally due to poor general health rather than the effects of the hunger strike.
