To date, 227 individuals/organisations have submitted written representations, of which 63 have also requested to be heard by a person appointed by Ministers.386W A further four request for a hearing have been received where no written representaion have been made Of the 227 written representations four supported the proposed decision and the remainder objected. Of the 67 requests for a hearing, one supported the proposed decision and the remainder objected.
