§ Kate HoeyMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State announced the Supporters Trusts initiative last October. The resulting body—Supporters Direct—has been operational in shadow form since 27 January. Supporters Direct is designed to offer advice and funding to groups of supporters wishing to invest responsibly in Premiership and Football League clubs.
