(1) To deliver a 3 per cent. saving compared to 1999–2000.Delivery of Services
(2) 92 per cent. of work completed on time.(3) 90 per cent. of work completed to an "acceptable" or better standard as measured by a structured quality assessment process.Financial Performance
(4) To recover from Government Departments and Agencies the full economic cost (calculated according to resource accounting principles) of its services.(5) To operate within 95 per cent. and 100 per cent. of allocations by the MAFF Management Board for running costs, capital and receipts.
