§ Kate HoeyI met Denis Vaughan, Executive Director of the Lottery Promotion Company, on 7 October 1999, to discuss the Lottery Promotion Company's proposals for the use of Lottery funds, including the establishment of a National Endowment for Sport and the Arts. Neither I, nor the Secretary of State, have discussed these proposals with the National Lottery Commission, the National Lottery distributing bodies, or the National Lottery operator, Camelot Group plc.
