To ask the President of the Council what assessment she had made of the impact of the work of the Select Committee on Modernisation of the House of Commons on the way in which the House operates.

§ Mrs. Beckett
My hon. Friend will be aware that at present, we have experiments both on providing extra sittings in Westminister Hall and on bringing forward the hours of sitting on Thursday.
I have no further proposals to change sitting hours at present.
