§ Mr. HainA formal decision has still to be taken on the linkage between the Millenium Civil Society Forum and the Millenium Summit and Assembly. The Forum's report should be a valuable input to the Summit and Assembly. With our European Union partners, the Government are pressing for the fullest possible Millenium Forum representation at these events.
