In those answers I outlined the informal discussions of the meeting in Weimar to which Jorge 433W Semprun contributed. The text of his contribution was placed in the Library. Translations of the proceedings of informal Culture/Audiovisual Council meetings are not made: this would be prohibitively expensive.
