§ Jane KennedySection 60 will allow third parties to apply for civil remedies in domestic violence cases on behalf of survivors of domestic violence. Those remedies are occupation orders and non-molestation orders. The implementation raises a number of questions which we are currently looking into. We will consider issuing a public consultation paper on this issue later this year.
