To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) if he will estimate the cost of granting all those on Incapacity Benefit in the UK free prescriptions; [127240]

(2) if he will estimate the costs of giving free prescriptions to all those on Incapacity Benefit in Norwich, North. [127241]

In England, it is estimated that the cost of extending entitlement to free prescriptions to all recipients of Incapacity Benefit would be around £120 million per year. Information is not available on a constituency basis.
