§ Mr. HainThe Foreign and Commonwealth Office's Smoking Policy restricts smoking to designated smoking rooms and single occupancy offices. It is therefore effective in protecting all staff from the responsibility of passive smoking.
Fewer than 5 per cent. of offices are single occupancy.
