§ Mr. WicksThis information is not held by the Department. The Association of Colleges (AoC) conducted a survey of colleges about the pay awards for 1998–99 and found that (based on a 66 per cent. response rate) 77 per cent. of colleges were able to offer their staff the AoC recommended pay award or above.
