§ Mr. WicksIn its monitoring of regulatory impact, DfEE does not distinguish the numbers of forms issued exclusively to charities and voluntary organisations which they are required to complete. The collation of this data could be done only at disproportionate cost. However, I am unaware of any requirement placed on charities or voluntary organisations as such, over and above what applies equally to any other providers of education, training or employment.
