§ Mr. VazMinisters discussed issues relating to institutions other than the Council and the Commission. This meant principally the composition and decision making powers of the European Parliament and reform of the European Court of Justice and Court of First Instance. Some delegations also touched on the composition of the Committee of the Regions, the Economic and Social Committee and the Court of Auditors. The meeting did not produce formal results.
