931WI have been asked by the Transport Minister, Keith Hill, to reply to your recent parliamentary Questions about the start dates for various road schemes.The start dates for most of the schemes are subject either to the outcome of statutory procedures or to decisions following studies announced in the Government's White Paper, "A New Deal for Trunk Roads in England".
