§ Mr. MorleyI refer to the answer I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Stroud (Mr. Drew) on 24 July 2000. When the changes announced in that statement are complete, I expect the total number of staff employed by my Department in Worcester to be about 160. This includes staff of the new national service which will take over functions from the Farming and Rural Conservation
