Mr. Field

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security (1) if he will estimate for(a) 2000, (b) 2001 and (c) 2002 the number of men turning 65 years who will receive (i) 0 to 25 per cent., (ii) 26 to 50 per cent., (iii) 51 to 75 per cent. and (iv) 76 to 100 per cent. of the maximum SERPS pension; [133044]

(2) if he will estimate for (a) 2000, (b) 2001 and (c) 2002 the number of women turning 60 who will receive (i) 0 to 25 per cent., (ii) 26 to 50 per cent., (iii) 51 to 75 per cent. and (iv) 76 to 100 per cent. of the maximum SERPS pension; [133043]

(3) if he will estimate for (a) 2000, (b) 2001 and (c) 2002 how many (i) men turning 65 and (ii) women turning 60 will receive a SERPS pension. [132952]
