To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) if he will make a statement on the Government's policy in respect of reinforced co-operation on EU matters; [128120]

(2) what position the United Kingdom has taken in the IGC discussions on the issue of extending qualified majority voting to EU participation in the work of the WTO as set out in document CONFER 4780/00. [128129]
