§ Mr. MullinThe report of a review of the Hedgerows Regulations 1997 was published in June 1998. This included information from a Local Government Association survey of its members on the operation of the Regulations. We are currently evaluating the results of research into the review proposals and in the light of that expect to publish draft regulations for consultation later this year.
