§ Mr. HillThe present legislative and administrative systems are intended to allow only those who qualify to be granted a driving licence. It is not at present planned to introduce further measures. However, the statutory requirement to declare medical conditions that may affect a person's fitness to drive will continue to be reinforced through publicity and, with their co-operation, through the medical profession.
