§ Mr. DenhamThe Department expects all staff, when purchasing on behalf of the National Health Service, to adhere to existing guidelines published in January 1993—Standards of business conduct for NHS staff (Health Service Guidance (93)5), copies of which are available in the Library.
Consultation has recently taken place on updated guidance which we expect to be available shortly.
