§ Ms StuartDetails surrounding the arrangements for proposals to introduce a patient advocacy and liaison service are outlined in chapter 10 of the National Health Service Plan. We held a series of national stakeholder seminars to develop the detail of the policy based on the best practice from community health councils and others. We will disseminate the results at a national event early in the new year.
