The Secretary of State has asked me to respond to your recent question asking what was the cost of the Debt Accounting and Management System (DAMS) and when the installation was cancelled.The costs of DAMS are commercial in confidence.The DAMS procurement contract with EDS was discharged in July 1999.552WEDS is contracted to provide information systems IT service delivery support to the Department.
