To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions how many properties in the Ribble Valley, Pendle, Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, Rossendale and Hyndburn are in council tax bands(a) A and (b) H; and what percentage of the total number of properties in each council area this represents.
