§ Ms HodgeMy right hon. Friend the Home Secretary has announced his intention to implement part V of the Police Act 1997. As a result, criminal records information will become more readily available to employers recruiting people to work with children or vulnerable adults. Details of how this is to work in education are being developed currently and announcements will be made at a later date.
