§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions (Lord Whitty)The Rough Sleepers Unit has been working with CRASH and with local authorities in putting together a programme of help for homeless people for the coming winter. The Government are grateful for the work CRASH has done in coordinating the search for buildings to he used in the programme.
