§ Dr. ReidThe Scottish Environment Protection Agency published its Third Annual Report and Accounts today. The report contains details of the progress made by SEPA during the period 1 April 1998 to 31 March 1999, the Agency's third year of operation. Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts have been placed in the Library.
