Mr. Jon Owen JonesThere are no estimates of this figure. Local Authorities' plans for the period 1999–2002 will be set out in their Housing Strategies and Operational Plans, the latest versions of which are expected to be submitted by the end of May.
Following the transfer of functions, this issue will be a matter for the National Assembly.
