§ Baroness AmosSince 24 March this year, the Government have allocated £40 million for humanitarian assistance to the Kosovo refugees for disbursement by the Department for International Development. Of this, some £30 million has already been committed, mostly to UN agencies, the Red Cross and NGOs.
