§ Mr. HainBy the end of the 1999 –2000 financial year, Flintshire will have been allocated over £1.45 million as its share of the Additional Capital Funding for Schools initiative.
This is in addition to its normal capital allocations. Flintshire's non-housing Basic Credit Approval for 1999–2000 is £4.582 million. It is for the authority to decide on the level of resources devoted to schools.
Following the transfer of functions this issue will become a matter for the National Assembly.
