§ The Prime Minister[holding answer 4 May 1999]: Reports from many sources, including members of the OSCE Kosovo Verification Mission prior to their withdrawal from Kosovo in March this year, indicated that a large number of villages in Kosovo had been substantially damaged or destroyed. I received no specific information on the backgrounds of Dr. Dobruna and Professor Kelmendi.
