Whether a veterinary in Europe is identical to a veterinary surgeon in the United Kingdom; and, if not, what are the differences. [HL1595]

Yes. All nationals of a member state of the European Economic Area who hold veterinary qualifications approved by EU Directives 78/1026 and 78/1027 are of equivalent status.
