§ The Prime MinisterThis information is not held centrally. Section 9 of the "Ministerial Code" makes it clear that it is for individual Ministers to order their affairs so that no conflict arises or is thought to arise between their private interests (financial or otherwise) and their public duties. They should normally make their own decisions on how best to proceed, consulting me only when there is any doubt. Ministers are also covered by the terms of one of the Registers of Members of Lords' Interests as appropriate.
