To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security (1) what were the installation costs of the piloted Benefit Agency/POCL system; [78313]

(2) what estimate he has made of the installation cost of the entire Benefits Agency/POCL system. [78315]

The Benefits Agency/ Post Office Counters automation project is being carried out under the Private Finance Initiative and installation costs are therefore the responsibility of the private sector provider, ICL Pathway.
