§ Lord Williams of MostynThe operation of the Immigration and Nationality Directorate has been disrupted during the relocation of its immigration caseworking functions into one integrated caseworking directorate and there are delays in resolving applications. We are taking urgent steps to ensure that normal service is resumed as quickly as possible and thereafter substantially improved.
