§ Ms Glenda JacksonI have no immediate plans to review the Untraced Drivers Agreement. A revised Untraced Drivers Agreement was introduced in June 1996 after a comprehensive review.
45WThe 1988 Uninsured Drivers Agreement is currently under review and a final draft of a revised agreement is being considered in the light of proposed changes to civil law procedures in cases involving third party liability, arising from Lord Woolfe's recommendations.
