§ Mr. George HowarthThe Comprehensive Spending Review settlement for Local Government includes £130 million in each of the next three years to cover the impact on changes in Advanced Corporation Tax on local authority pension funds. This should be sufficient to ensure that any impact on probation service budgets will be minimal.
