§ Mr. Denham[holding answer 11 March 1999]: The previous chairman of Buckinghamshire Health Authority submitted his resignation on 1 July 1998, giving three months notice. The post was subsequently advertised in the local press on 10 and 11 September. A decision will be announced shortly.
