§ Mr. MorleyCharges by public or regulated bodies to the British fishing industry can be made only within the statutory frameworks of the bodies concerned, which will include procedures for complaints or representations against levels set. It would not be appropriate for my Department to seek to vary these by reference to the actions of similar bodies elsewhere in Europe.
