§ Ms Quin[holding answer8 March 1999]: British Embassy officials in Ankara regularly meet representatives of Kurdish groups, including representatives of the 181W People's Democracy Party (HADEP). Our officials are also in constant contact with representatives of various human rights organisations in Turkey, including the Human Rights Association and the Human Rights Foundation.
