§ Mr. Doug HendersonThe use of CR gas by the Armed Forces is governed by prescribed rules of engagement, and the service personnel concerned are fully trained in how to use it. Both the rules of engagement and the training are operationally sensitive and I am withholding details in accordance with Exemption 1 of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information.
