To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what representations he has made concerning the supply of weapons of mass destruction technology to(a) Egypt, (b) India, (c) Iran, (d) Iraq, (e) Libya, (f) Pakistan, (g) Sudan, (h) Syria and (i) North Korea by (1) Russia and (2) China. [72642]

The UK maintains a continuing dialogue with Russia and China concerning the risks posed by proliferation of technology associated with weapons of mass destruction. Contacts are maintained, at all levels, both bilaterally and multilaterally through relevant international forums.
