§ Mr. SpellarThese exercises provide necessary training for jungle warfare instructors and for some units who are required to be able to operate safely in a jungle environment as part of their operational role. I understand that these exercises, which are individually assessed by the Army authorities, are regarded as having satisfied the purposes for which they were mounted.
