To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will provide a breakdown of the estimated costs of the completion of the new Scottish Parliament building at Holyrood in Edinburgh. [87540]

Legal and financial responsibility for the new Scottish Parliament building at Holyrood transferred from Scottish Office Ministers to the Scottish Parliament Corporate Body on 1 June 1999. The hon.
