§ Mr. MacdonaldThe Scottish Office has assured the managers of this fishery that, as currently prosecuted, it forms a sustainable part of the management of the Dornoch Firth and Morrich More candidate Special Area of Conservation.
From 1 July 1999, this will be a matter for the Scottish Parliament.
