Whether they hope to implement the Law Commission's report on Trustees' Powers and Duties (Law Com. No. 260, Scot Law Com. No. 172) during this Parliament. [HL3932]

The Lord Chancellor

The Government are currently considering the recommendations made by the Law Commission in their report on 'Trustees' Powers and Duties, which was published on 20 July. It is expected that a formal response will be made during the next session of Parliament.
